What an intense and incredibly rewarding, inspiring week we had at the Nordic Institute on Åland (NIPÅ) last week. Thank you so much for a great ReGeneration Summit! The summit (for young people with a focus on sustainability) became a digital event this year and gathered more than 170 participants, in local meeting places around the Nordic countries and throughout the Baltic Sea region. The digital solution made it possible for those who otherwise would not have been able to participate in a physical meeting, to now be able to attend and share their experiences, knowledge and thoughts.
Paula Lehtomäki, Secretary General of the Nordic Council of Ministers, held a ending speech and joined the dialogue. Together with the digital sustainability festival hållbART, these were successful days that created many ideas and lots of inspiration on how we can work together for green, social and economic sustainability.
We at NIPÅ hope that ReGeneration will continue to develop in the future as a motivator for young people, so that we together can find the strength in shaping a more sustainable world.
