The network barkraft.ax feels that many children are very interested in talking about both ecological and social sustainability. NIPÅ works as an active participant in the network and, together with some other participants, we would like to encourage children to talk about the environment and sustainability even during the summer holidays. Therefore, we have taken the initiative for a sustainability bingo for kids, together with the Högskolan på Åland, Ålands handikappförbund, Ålands Natur och Miljö in cooperation with the education department from the government.
The bingo is primarily aimed at schoolchildren in 1st to 6th grade and has been sent to schools and teachers. Many schools has told about and distributed the summerbingo in connection with the school closures in beginning of may, and this way many schoolchildren has recieved the bingo. If there is any schoolclass or child who does not get the bingo card in that way, you can also find the bingo at barkraft.ax, where you can also register when you get bingo. Please note that the bingo only has been produced in swedish.
